July 28, 7pm — Drumming Workshop — Children age 10 and older are invited to participate in a drumming workshop with Linda Waarner.  Contact the library to sign up.

July 28, 7pm — Summer Series — The second Summer Series presentation will feature Linda Waarner and Caribbean Drumming. 

All week – Cover the world with your reading – The Peacham Library map is sprouting dots reflecting the reading of our patrons!  Help cover the world by placing dots on our world (and other worldly) map to see where our books take us during this year’s summer reading program – One World, Many Stories.

 Friday, July 29, 10am – noon – Coffee Hour — Join us for good food and good conversation. All ages are welcome.

August 3, 7pm — NIPS — Jam session.  All musicians and listeners welcome.

August 4, 7pm — Summer Series — Bobby Farlice-Rubio’s part lecture, part performance will draw from multicultural influences.  His presentation will feature a traditional Cuban stringed instrument, the tres.

August 18, 7:15pm — Readers’ Delight Book Discussion – The next Readers’ Delight book will be The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz.  Stop by the library to pick up a copy of the book.
