This week at the library — September 25, 2011

All week — Where Was Jing? — Jing took a break from his international travels to tour the small things in Peacham.  Stop by the library to pick up a copy of the pictures to see if you can identify where Jing was.

September 29, all day — Fall Foliage Day in Peacham.  Library will be open 9am – 7pm.  Our annual book sale will take place 9am – 3pm.  We’ll show a movie filmed in Peacham about the Spitfire Grill at 6:30.

September 30, 10am – noon — Coffee Hour— Join us for good food, great conversation, and a cup of coffee or tea.

Looking Ahead:

October 3, 5pm — Board Meeting

October 5, 7pm — NIPS — Acoustic music, come to jam, to listen or to dance.

October 7, 9 – 10am — Preschool Story Time –Story Time will be the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month.  Join us for stories, crafts, and occasionally songs.

October 7, 10am – noon – Coffee Hour

October 8, 6:30— International Observe the Moon Night at Peacham Elementary School and Northern Skies Observatory.  Join us for moon related activities sponsored by Peacham Library, Peacham Elementary School and Northeast Kingdom Astronomy Foundation.

October 20, 7:00pm – Readers’ Delight —   Our next book will be Their Eyes Were Watching God by Zora Hurston. Contact the library if you need a copy.
