December 5, 7pm — Board Meeting — open to the public

December 6, 3:15pm — Literary Youth — Despite the name, the group is open to all readers.  The group will meet to discuss variations on the Cinderella theme.  Stop by the library to pick up a book and join the circle.

December 7, 7pmAcoustic Music Night — join us for an evening of music!  Bring you instruments or stop by to listen.

December 9, 10am – noonCoffee Hour – a family friendly time to enjoy good food, good conversation and good friends.

December 10, 10am – noon — Santa Crafts and Latkes – A family friendly event with crafts for young and old, a visit from Santa around 11 and then a feast of home-made latkes.

Looking Ahead

December 9, 10 – noon — Coffee Hour

December 14, 7pm — Game Night

December 16, 9 am – Preschool Story Time – Join us for stories, a craft and maybe a song!

December 16, 6:30pm — Family Theatre will present a movie based on the book “The Snowman” by Raymond Briggs.

Looking for a unique gift?  Want to give to the Library?  Adopt a book at the Library and meet both goals!  This year’s list is posted here.  Or, stop by the library to look the books over in person.

The High Holiday Tea last weekend was a big success, raising money for books and programs at Peacham Library.  The Friends of Peacham Library extend a hearty thank you to all the donors, particularly those who donated raffle items: Artesano, the Berwick Agency, Bonnie & Ken Norris, Brown’s Market Bistro, Chocolate Adventures, Diamond Hill Store, Jim Minichiello, Joe’s Pond Craft Shop, Laura Johnson, Mack Mountain Stained Glass,Martha Ide, Natural Provisions, Sharon Fuehrer, and Songbird Pottery.
