Of Interest

The Gilmore Gallery is pleased to introduce the oil paintings of Hertha Forrai for June and July. A native of Hamburg, Germany, Hertha has been a resident of Peacham since 1968; when she and her husband Zoltan moved here to open a horseback riding academy. Hertha was an art student of Helen Gilmore’s for roughly ten years, and she credits Helen with teaching her how to “see” and use color. This is Hertha’s very first show, so please check it out in the gallery during the months of June and July. Pictures of some of her paintings are posted in the gallery blog at www.gilmoregallery.blogspot.com.
