July 17, 1:15pm, Tuesday Theatre presents a movie based on Nicholas Sparks’ book “The Notebook.” Allie (Rachel McAdams) and Noah (Ryan Gosling) meet as teenagers only to be separated by her parents. As might be expected, they meet again later in life and now must choose – soul mate or social class. The movie is rated PG.
July 17, 7pm, Game Night, NEW NIGHT! Drop in to play a game or two. Bring your own game to share or play one of the library’s.
July 19, 7pm, Readers’ Delight, discussing Birds Without Wings by Louis DeBerniers. As this is a long book, we will only discuss the first 50 chapters or so. The second half of the book will be discussed on August 15 at 7pm (yes, this will be on a Wednesday night).
July 19, 5pm, Introduction to Yoga, first of a six session fundraiser. Sign up and pay your $30 to support the library and learn the basics of Yoga.
