April 15, 7:00 pm, Tech Night – Web Design with local web developers Bram Moreinis (fire.peacham.net), and Jerry & Diana Senturia (peacham.net).  Topics will include updating information (content), refreshing appearance (design), adding capacities (function), relating to web techs (developers), talking the talk (vocabulary).

April 16, 1:15 pm, Tuesday Theatre – Leslie Caron is Gigi, a girl on the edge of womanhood and Louis Jourdan is the bored young playboy who falls in love with her. Maurice Chevalier sings the delightful Lerner-Lowe songs, “Thank Heaven for Little Girls,” and “Gigi.” Winner of nine Academy Awards® including Best Picture, Gigi is set in turn-of-the-century Paris.

April 18, 7:00 pm, Readers’ Delight discussing The Hare with the Amber Eyes by Edmund DeWaal.  Contact the library if you would like to borrow a copy.

April 19, 10 am – noon, Coffee Hour – join us for a cup of coffee or tea, a sweet or two and good conversation. Suitable for all ages!

April 20, 10 am, Friends of Peacham Library – Flea Market prep.  Doing your spring cleaning?  Drop good quality items off at the library to help the Friends raise funds for the library.  View the Call For Donations for more details.

April 22, 6:30pm, Peacham Knitters – Bring your knitting or other handwork for an evening of creativity and chatting. New knitters are welcome to come for help and encouragement.

April 25, 6:30pm, Community Forum – Join us for an open discussion about your ideas and dreams for the Peacham community at large and Peacham Library in particular. How does the library fit into the fabric of Peacham life? Everyone’s ideas are welcome, whether you are a frequent patron, occasional visitor, a newcomer, or have never even stepped foot in the library.

April 26, 9am, Preschool Story Time – a change for April and May, with story time on the 2nd and 4th Fridays, just before Coffee Hour.

April 26, 10 am – noon, Coffee Hour – join us for a cup of coffee or tea, a sweet or two and good conversation. Suitable for all ages!

April 27, 9am – noon, FLEA MARKET, support Friends of Peacham Library at the Flea Market at the Congregational Church.
