August 13, 1:15pm, Tuesday Theatre – In conjunction with Peacham Historical Association’s Annual Meeting (August 14 at Peacham Congregational Church) presentation by Beverly Palmer titled “Thaddeus Stevens: History versus Hollywood,” Peacham Library will have an encore presentation of the recent movie about our sixteenth President, Abraham Lincoln, in which Thaddeus Stevens is a major player.

Gilmore Gallery
In a show entitled “Family,” slated to run from August through September, the Gilmore Gallery will present a collection of black and white portraits by Peacham-based journalist and photographer Sean Markey. Shot in a simple documentary-style, the images capture quiet, intimate moments from a decade of family celebrations of love, birth, and death. An Artist’s Reception will be held September 22nd from 4 to 6pm.
