March 4, TOWN MEETING – The library will open after the conclusion of Town Meeting.
March 6, 7pm — Musical, Magical Theremin – Peacham School music teacher Kevin Colosa will give an interactive demonstration of the Theremin, one of the earliest electronic synthesizers. A musical instrument invented by accident nearly 100 years ago by a Soviet physicist during the time of Lenin, the Theremin is played without physical contact. There will be a demonstration, a Q&A session, and opportunities to try one’s hand at this unique instrument.
March 7, 10am-noon, Coffee Hour – join us for a cup of coffee or tea, a sweet or two and good conversation. Suitable for all ages!
March 8, 1 – 3, Herb Club – This is a chance for those drawn to the use of both medicinal and culinary herbs to get together and have some herb nerd fun. No experience with herbs is necessary and everyone is welcome. March topics – Talking about Spring Cleansing/Spring Greens and an optional seed swap.

March 9, 4 – 6pm, Artist Reception – Teen Art Show — The Gilmore Gallery at Peacham Library is proud to feature aspiring teenage artists for February and March. This will be a great opportunity to meet a group of talented young artists at the dawn of their artistic careers.
March 10, 6:30pm, Peacham Knitters – Bring your knitting or other handwork for an evening of creativity and chatting. New knitters are welcome to come for help and encouragement.
March 13, 4 – 7pm, Health Talk with Dr. Josh — The Impact of Concussion — Research from the last decade has put a spotlight on the dangers and potential long-term effects of concussion. Please come for a presentation on head injury followed by a community conversation. We will focus mainly on concussion in children but everyone is welcome. Hosted jointly by Peacham Library and Peacham Elementary School.
March 14 7, 9:00 am, Preschool Story Time – stories and crafts for the young and their caregivers.
