April 24, 11am, Lunch Talk – Identity Theft and Scams – Banking officials will be on hand to talk about how to protect yourself from identity theft and scams. Soup and bread will be provided.

April 25, 10am-noon, Coffee Hour –  join us for a cup of coffee or tea, a sweet or two and good conversation. Suitable for all ages!Flea Market 2014+web

April 26, 9am – noon, Flea Market – Drop by Peacham Congregational Church to shop for good quality used items at the Friends of Peacham Library tables. There will also be sweets, coffee and tea for sale.

 Poetry & Pie Poster (final)2_webApril 26, 7:00pm, Poetry and Pie – In celebration of National Poetry Month, David Bubill will give a reading of his poetry. Budbill is a nationally recognized author of seven books of poetry, a novel, short stories, and the libretto for an opera. A selection of pies along with coffee and tea will be available. This event is free and open to the public. Donations to help support Peacham Library are always appreciated.

Looking Ahead

April 28, 6:30pm, Peacham Knitters – Bring your knitting or other handwork for an evening of creativity and chatting. New knitters are welcome to come for help and encouragement.

May 2, 9:00 am, Preschool Story Time –  join us for stories and crafts for all ages, this month on the 1st and 3rd Fridays.

May 2, 10am-noon, Coffee Hour –  join us for a cup of coffee or tea, a sweet or two and good conversation. Suitable for all ages!
