March 1, 11am – 2pm, Chili at the Fire Station – As part of Peacham’s Winter Carnival weekend, Peacham Library will be serving up Chili at the Fire Station.
March 2, 7pm, Board Meeting – POSTPONED due to health, weather, etc. Meetings are open to the public.
March 3, TOWN MEETING – The library will open after the conclusion of Town Meeting.
March 5, 12, 19 and 26, 3:30pm,– Doing the Dewey – Extended Learning Opportunities at the library with Peacham Elementary School explores the Dewey Decimal system one non-fiction section at a time.
March 6, 10am-noon, Coffee Hour – join us for a cup of coffee or tea, a sweet or two and good conversation. Suitable for all ages!
March 7, 7pm, Community Coffeehouse – The Community Coffeehouse welcomes back The Endorsements, a young duo whose sound has changed from the once alternative rock to a more folk oriented sound. Open mic for those who wish to share their music will be start at 8pm. Coffee, tea, cider and snacks will be provided. A donation of $5 per person to support library programs is suggested.

March12, 7pm – How to Be Happy with Geshe Sherab — Geshe Sherab will share how we can be happy even when the world around us isn’t going our way. Many things can get us down in our daily lives, from unpaid bills, negative friends, ungrateful family members, and even the weather! Geshe Sherab will share real world techniques on how to master being happy when our lives seem like they’re falling apart.
