June 22, 6:30pm, Peacham Knitters — Peacham Knitters and Puzzlers— Bring your knitting or other handwork for an evening of creativity and chatting. There is also a jigsaw puzzle available for those who prefer this activity.

Tuesday is book art (using old books to create art pieces), Wednesday is Tessellations with Annie Sproston, Thursday is string art. June 25, 7:00pm, Summer Series – Purposeful Travel – Tim McKay presents “Search for My Father’s War.” This talk is the culmination of three years of reading his father’s wartime letters and the 25 day trip to Europe to discover the people and places described in the letters home. The remaining talks will be July 9 / 23, and August 6 / 20.
