November 1, 5:30 – 6:30 pm, Introduction to Yoga – Continuation of an introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing and meditation with instructor Kalanani Gallas. There is a fee.
November 3, 9:15 am, Story Time – Stories, a craft, and a bit of running around. Everyone is welcome.

November 4, International Games Day, Families 4 – 6pm, Potluck for all 6 – 7pm, Adults 7 – 9pm – Drop by the library to play your favorite games or try a new one. We’ll have old favorites as well as new games from Loony Labs. Bring a dish and your favorite games to share.

November 8, 7:00pm – Great Decisions –The European Union: The Future of Europe, Coping with Crisis? Peacham Library will host Great Decisions in Foreign Policy, a discussion program focusing on the most critical global issues facing America today. Each topic is presented in a half-hour documentary, and then thrown open for a moderated hour-long discussion.

November 13, 6:30 pm, Peacham Knitters and Puzzlers — Bring your knitting or other handwork for an evening of creativity and chatting. Or work on the current jigsaw puzzle.
November 15, 6:30pm, Vermont Farm Kids – The library will screen a new film, “Vermont Farm Kids” produced by Maria Reade and filmed by James Chandler as part of Vermont’s Agricultural Literacy Week. This short documentary depicts the unique and poignant stories of farm kids (ages 10-28) from across the state of Vermont.
November 16, 7:00 pm, Readers’ Delight – The Hidden Life of Trees by Peter Wohlleben. Contact the library if you would like to borrow a copy of any of the book.
