August 27, 6:30 pm, Peacham Knitters and Puzzlers    Bring your knitting or other handwork for an evening of creativity and chatting.  Or work on the current jigsaw puzzle while you chat.

August 29, 10:00 am, Tai Chi for Fall Prevention – Sponsored by Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging and SASH.

August 31, 10:00 am-noon, Coffee Hour – A chance to drink a cup of coffee or tea, enjoy a sweet or two, and chat with your friends and neighbors.

Has this summer been a summer of too much ice cream, sweet drinks, and carb loaded BBQs? Is your belly saying “please, no more” but is your urge to have just one more treat over powering your better judgement? Let’s talk all about your cravings! We’ll cover why they exist in the first place, what they mean, and what to do about them. Kicking these cravings once and for all isn’t as hard as you think.
