This Week at the Library-October 21

October 22, 2:00 pm, Friends of Peacham Library -Come and help support the library. The funds raised by this group cover the costs of new materials and programs at the library. Come and help them prepare for their Annual Holiday Tea.

October 23, 10:00 am, Tai Chi for Fall Prevention -Sponsored by Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging and SASH. Continue your practice, building strength and balance in a quiet setting. All levels.

October 25, 10:00 am – noon, Coffee Hour – A chance to drink a cup of coffee or tea, enjoy a sweet or two, and chat with your friends and neighbors.

October 28, 6:30 pm, Peacham Knitters and Puzzlers and Scrabblers – NEW this month, we will break out the Scrabble™ board for any interested wordsmiths. Bring your knitting or other handwork, work on the current jigsaw puzzle while enjoying lively company and conversation.

October 29, 6:30 pm, End of Life Options – Dr. Mary Ready, palliative care physician and Allison Wright-Roberts RN, Hospice Coordinator at Caledonia Home Health Care & Hospice will speak about end of life options and services available in this area. Whether you are caring for a loved one or planning for yourself, this program will help you make informed decisions.
