Jonathan “Doc” Kaplan & Carol Hausner Virtual Coffee House

28 Mar

Saturday, April 9th, at 7pm

The Peacham Library is hosting its annual Winter Coffee House live music series online. Tune in via Facebook livestream or register to watch on Zoom to hear local musical acts performing to warm your winter nights.

Jonathan “Doc” Kaplan & Carol Hausner capture the essence of the traditional, roots, and original music they perform. Carol, a heartfelt singer and award-winning songwriter, is steeped in traditional and contemporary bluegrass and roots music. Doc, classically trained, loves the Blues and the Grateful Dead and has been playing both for many years. Doc’s joyful keyboard playing and resonant vocals meld beautifully with Carol’s solid rhythm guitar and mandolin. This instrumentation combines with their strong vocals and harmonies to create a rich and savory sound.
