Performances will begin at 7 pm in the basement of the Peacham Library. An open mic session will follow the main act.
Jim Karns – January 11

Award winning songwriter Jim Karns has received Nashville songwriting group Song Town’s Americana/ Bluegrass Song of the Year for his song “Poor Town.”. He is honored to have shared the stage with members of Lynyrd Skynyrd, .38 Special, Molly Hatchet, and the Rossington Collins Band and has had the pleasure of opening for Charlie Daniels during his tour stop in Jacksonville. In addition to playing writers rounds in Nashville Jim is concentrating on songwriting and has publishing contracts with Sherrill Blackman and Matt Lindsey, two of Nashville’s top independent music publishers.
Alive and Well – February 1
Both Tim Berry and Suzan Derby share the gift of strong , clear, beautiful voices and a fine ability of instrumentation on guitar. As the duo “Alive and Well” their love of music moves and motivates them to share these talents for any special occasion- from mountaintop weddings to backyard BBQ, or dockside soiree.
Performing country, bluegrass, folk and rock tunes from well known artists, and the obscure, plus an original or two thrown in for good measure, all are brought forth to enjoy the moment of being together in song.

Dana Robinson – March 1

From Cabot, Dana Robinson is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter who combines an openhearted singing style, with wry humor and astute observations about community and place. For over 30 years, Dana has been a fixture on the folk and acoustic music scene in the United States and Great Britain, playing his unique blend of contemporary songwriting with traditional influences. From performing at Carnegie Hall to providing music for Ken Burns’ documentaries, Dana’s rich voice and landscape-inspired lyrics connect the listener to the natural world around us.
